The brochure Blessing for Wine at the Wedding Reception came about as a result of Msgr. Harold Dittman offering to perform this liturgical ritual at our own wedding many years ago and a desire to see it reestablished today as a witness to the Church's sanctification of the elements of creation and the holiness of Christian marriage. Adapted from the Book of Blessing, it draws parallels with the Wedding Feast of Cana, the sacrifices of married life that will come and the graces needed for the couple.
